METHOD FOR HIGH POWDER SLAG CEMENT AND THE HIGH POWDER SLAG CEMENT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing slag cement of high powder fineness and the slag cement manufactured by the same are provided to improve the initial strength and the long term intensity of cement by suppressing a coating phenomenon and maximizing grinding efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing slag cement of high powder fineness includes the following: 2-20 parts by weight of anhydrous gypsum is mixed with 100 parts by weight of slag powder. 100-200 parts by weight of Portland cement is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the first mixture. 0.01-0.2 parts by weight of a surface modifier is introduced into 100 parts by weight of the second mixture. The mixture is ground using a vibration mill such than the fineness of the mixture becomes 4000-8000cm^2/g. The surface modifier includes N,N-diisopropylethylamine, diethylene glycol, an antifoaming agent, and glycerin.
