PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire and a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire are provided to prevent air-in phenomenon between inner liner and carcass by preventing the adhesion of inner liner and a bladder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire is as follows. A green tire is prepared, and the polymer laminate(10a) of the green tire is used for inner liner. The polymer laminate is formed as a first layer(11a) and a second layer. The first and second layers are formed from SIBS(Styrene-Isobutylene-b-Styrene) triblock copolymer. The thickness of the first layer is 0.05~0.6 mm. The second layer is formed as at least one of one layer(12a) and another layer. The thickness of the second layer is 0.01~0.3 mm. The green tire is mounted on the mold and is pressurized by a bladder.
