Polymer filler for preprocessing column

It is a subject of the present invention to provide a novel polymer; a filler for measuring a drug comprising said polymer; a column filled with said filler; and a measuring method for a drug by using said column.

The novel polymer is obtained by introducing an anion exchanging group to a glycidyl group in a polymer obtained by polymerizing the compound represented by the following general formula [1]:

wherein each of R₁ and R₂ independently represents a hydrogen atom, a linear alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or a halogen atom, Bz represents benzene ring, and the compound represented by the following general formula [2]:

wherein R₉ represents a hydrogen atom, a linear alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or a halogen atom, R₁₀ represents a linear alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, each of R₁₁ and R₁₂ independently represents a hydrogen atom or a linear alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and
wherein the anion exchanging group is an ammonium group represented by the following general formula [3]:

wherein each of R₃ represents independently a linear alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R₄ represents a linear alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms.
