Polyarylcarboxamide compounds of formula (I) wherein used symbols have a meaning listed in the patent claims, its N-oxid, the pharmaceutical acceptable addition salts with acid and the stereochemically isomeric forms thereof, the process for preparing thereof and use and a pharmaceutical composition with their content. Said compounds are useful as lipid lowering agents.
