PURPOSE: A cast steel manufacturing method using inoculant and cast steel manufactured by the same are provided to compensate the fading of the effect of inoculant put in molten steel. CONSTITUTION: A cast steel manufacturing method using inoculant comprises steps of: placing molten steel in a ladle and putting inoculant into the molten steel at the ratio of 3.0-3.8kg to 1ton(S1), putting the molten steel in a mold(S2), and producing cast steel(S3). Within 20 seconds after the addition of inoculant, the molten steel including the inoculant into the mold. The inoculant comprises silicon 64.41weight%, iron 33.57weight%, calcium 0.9weight%, magnesium 0.03weight%, zirconium 0.09weight%, aluminum 0.9weight%, and titanium 0.1weight%. |
