PURPOSE: A controller and a control method of motor output for electrical vehicle are provided to maintain constant speed without the additional control of drivers. CONSTITUTION: A controller of motor output for electrical vehicle comprise: an engine(90); a motor, which is connected to the ehgeine, for supplying power to the engine; a MCU(motor control unit)(60) for controlling the output of the motor; and a slope detecting part(120) for detecting the slope of a driving road. The MCU controls power generated from the motor for maintaining constant speed, regardless of the slope of a driving road.
