PURPOSE: A recycling system for waste concrete sleeper is provided to economically and efficiently recycle waste concrete sleeper. CONSTITUTION: A recycling system for waste concrete sleeper comprises: a structure(20) which is adjacent to rail for transferring waste concrete sleeper(10) by cargo vehicle; a first conveyer(30) transferring the waste concrete sleeper from ground to E-layer; a hopper feeder(40) receiving the waste concrete sleeper from the first conveyer, arranging, and supplying the same; a jaw crusher(50) receiving the waste concrete sleeper from the hopper feeder, and pulverizing by a first pulverizer; a first metal selecting part(60) receiving a first pulverized material from the jaw crusher and selecting scrap metal; a first cone crusher(70) receiving the first pulverized material from the first metal selecting part, and pulverizing by a second pulverizer; a first vibration screen(80) receiving the second pulverized material from the first cone crusher, and selecting concrete chunks; a second cone crusher(90) receiving the concrete chunks from the first vibration screen, and crushing to aggregate and sand; a second conveyer(110) receiving the aggregate and the sand from the second cone crusher, and transferring to E-layer; a log cleaning device(120) receiving the aggregate and the sand from the second conveyer, and cleaning by water; a second vibration screen(140) receiving aggregate, sand, water and foreign substance from the log cleaning device and selecting the aggregate; a third vibration screen(160) receiving sand, water and foreign substance from the second vibration screen, and selecting the sand; and a water collecting tank(170) for collecting sludge exhausted from the third vibration screen.
