PURPOSE: A motor and an electromotive power steering system using the same are provided to reduce vibration and noise using a motor which maintains the balance of a current. CONSTITUTION: An armature core has a plurality of slots. More than two armature windings(210, 220) are inserted into the slots. The armature winding is wound around the armature core. A commutator has a plurality of segments. A pair of the armature windings among more than two armature windings is parallely connected to a pair of segments which is not neighboring. One armature winding of a pair of the armature windings is inserted into a slot in a location where the other armature winding is not symmetrical over the rotation center of the armature core.
