ALIGNMENT JIG OF PIPES AND ALIGNMENT METHOD OF PIPES USING THE JIG

PURPOSE: An alignment jig for pipes and an alignment method for pipes using the same are provided to improve the effectiveness of the operation process by matching center lines of pipes using a pair of horizontal alignment bolts. CONSTITUTION: An alignment jig for pipes comprises a clamping member(110), and a pair of protrusions(120) and a pair of horizontal alignment bolts(130). The clamping member can be fixed to the form covering the circumference of the pipe to the pipe. A pair of protrusions is respectively projected along the circumference of the clamping member at a regular interval. A pair of horizontal alignment bolts is combined in a pair of protrusions using the respective screw. A pair of horizontal alignment bolts supports the lower part of a pipe(210) which is temporarily welded in another pipe. The pipe and another pipe are horizontally arranged with a pair of horizontal alignment bolts.
