Safety and arming device with MEMS technology inertia lock

The device (1) has an inertial lock (20) incorporating a counterweight (9) with a straight groove (13) with longitudinal axis (22) that is parallel to direction of movement of the lock. A fixed guiding pin (14) integral with the device is positioned in the groove, where the groove comprises sufficient length to allow displacement of the counterweight with respect to the pin. A slider (4) is in its safety position and integral with a body (2) of the device by hooking units (12) integral with the counterweight, where the hooking units are constituted of hooks and spigots.
