<p>The device has a blowing head (3) provided on an upper free end of a chimney (2). The blowing head includes a set of star-shaped manifolds (4, 5) that is provided on the chimney, where the manifolds are provided with outlet ports on free ends. End regions of the manifolds are formed as jet pumps (6) in which explosive gas acts as driving medium that sucks ambient air. The manifolds are arranged in upper and lower layers, where the manifolds are upwardly inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the upper layer.</p> |
