PURPOSE: An oil injection and discharge device for an automatic transmission is provided to precisely determine the amount of oil injected or discharged to/from an oil pan by measuring the weight of the oil. CONSTITUTION: An oil injection and discharge device for an automatic transmission comprises a measurement unit(10), an operation unit(20), and a control unit(30). The measurement unit measures the weight of oil. The operation unit injects the measured oil to an oil pan(2) of an automatic transmission(1) or discharges the oil from the oil pan to the measurement unit. The control unit controls the operation of the operation unit using a signal transferred from the measurement unit.
