PURPOSE: A wind energy system is provided to reduce fatigue problems which future big wind turbines will have since a tower and a machine nacelle are reliably and tightly connected by two concave bearings. CONSTITUTION: A wind energy system comprises a tower(110), a machine nacelle(120), a lower concave bearing(170), and an upper concave bearing(180). The lower concave bearing and the upper concave bearing pivotably connect the machine nacelle to the wind energy system. |
