PURPOSE: A hybrid-type heat pump system is provided to efficiently utilize geothermal heat without employing a four-way valve. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid-type heat pump system comprises a compressor(110), a liquid receiver(120), a brine tank(130), an underground water tank(140), a heat exchanger(141) for the underground water tank, a cold and hot water tank(150), a heat exchanger(151) for the cold and hot water tank, a heat exchanger(210) for condensation, a heat exchanger(220) for evaporation, and a heat exchanger(230) for over cooling. The compressor compresses refrigerant drawn in through an inlet and discharges the compressed refrigerant to an outlet. The liquid receiver stores the liquefied refrigerant. The underground water tank has a thermostatic property by geothermal heat. The heat exchanger for the underground water tank is installed in the underground water tank. The cold and hot water tank supplies cold water or hot water to a load. The heat exchanger for the cold and hot water tank is installed in the cold and hot water tank. One end of a first brine pipe(410) is connected to the brine tank while the other end is connected to one end of the refrigerant flow path of the heat exchanger for over cooling. A first circulating pump(411) is installed in the first brine pipe.
