The arrangement has a sealing element (11) attached between a coupling electrode (10) and a connection element (9). Plastic bodies (12) are attached around ends of both high voltage cables (3, 4) and serve as a partition insulator. The plastic bodies are sectionally outwardly provided with an electrically conductive layer. The electrode is anchored in the plastic bodies at an axial end, which faces towards the cables. A bush body (6) is integrally designed and made of elastically deformable material. The bush body lies at the plastic bodies in a mounting position.
