PURPOSE: A lighting and sounding apparatus for a hanger is provided to draw client's attention on goods by visually displaying the information on the goods. CONSTITUTION: A lighting and sounding apparatus for a hanger comprises: a sensor(D) which senses a man; an LED illuminator which illuminates a product; a speaker(sp) which outputs product information by using a sound; a central controller which controls the operation of the electric component and product information; a main body(1) which is equipped with an electronic module(2) and an electric cell; an installation groove(3c); a plurality of lighting tubes(3d); and a plurality of beam holes(3n,3m) through which electronic beam passes through.
