PURPOSE: A temperature measurement device of a work-roll is provided to measure the temperature of work rolls having various lengths by selectively coupling a contact unit to a support unit. CONSTITUTION: A temperature measurement device of a work-roll comprises a support unit(10), a contact unit(20), a coupling unit, and measurement units(40). The contact unit penetrates through a through hole formed in the support unit and is adhered to a work roll. The coupling unit couples the contact unit to the support unit. The measurement units are coupled to the support unit and are in contact with the work roll to measure the temperature of the work roll.
