PURPOSE: A terminal apparatus for a terminal based on a hypervisor is provided to automatically create advertisement content by enabling a user to use a terminal apparatus according to the advertisement policy of the user. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement module(130) provides advertisement content. An advertisement time control unit(124) monitors the usage time of a user terminal(120). A client hypervisor unit(110) operates the advertisement module based on the monitoring result of an advertisement time control unit. The client hypervisor unit gives an input and output control right to the user terminal or the advertisement terminal through an operating system switch(111).
