<p>PURPOSE: A high-carbon hot-rolled steel plate with boron and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to ensure tensile strength of over 600MPa minimizing the content of Cr by increasing the content of Mo. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a high-carbon hot-rolled steel plate with boron comprises next steps. A slab board is hot-rolled at a finishing-rolling temperature of 850~900°C(S110). The hot-rolled board is wound at a temperature of 640~680°C(S120). The slab board comprises C of 0.32~0.34 weight%, Mn of 1.1~1.3 weight%, Si of 0.11~0.22 weight%, Mo of 0.15~0.25 weight%, Ti of 0.001~0.003 weight%, B of 0.001~0.0025 weight%, P of 0.02 weight%, S of 0.01 or less weight%, Cr of 0.15 or less weight%, Fe and other inevitable impurities. The final structure of the hot-rolled steel plate comprises ferrite and pearlite. The tensile strength of the hot-rolled steel plate is over 600MPa.</p> |
