PURPOSE: A livestock record card having an RFID tag is provided to reduce failure rate and to increase an endurance period by sealing the intermediate injection molding product and to attach the RFID tag to intermediate injection molding product. CONSTITUTION: An RFID(Radio Frequency ID) tag(7) includes an antenna which is formed on paper, polyester or polyimide sheet. A plate type livestock history card attaches the RFID tag to an intermediate injection molding product(10') and buries the RFID tag. The material of the intermediate injection molding product is polyurethane. |
