PURPOSE: A lifting turntable device of a rear plate rolling line and a rolling device including the same are provided to smoothly transfer a slab having a deformed front end to a rolling roll. CONSTITUTION: A lifting turntable device of a rear plate rolling line comprises a turntable unit(110), a lift unit(130), and a hinge shaft unit(150). The turntable unit transfers and rotates a slab(S) to a rolling roll(220). The lift unit is formed over the turntable unit and adjusts the inclination angle of the turntable unit to smoothly transfer the slab to the rolling roll. The hinge shaft unit is formed under the turntable unit and is hinged on the turntable unit.
