PURPOSE: An apparatus for sensing the bio signals of an animal is provided to enhance the accuracy of a measured value by fixing a measuring sensor on the nasal septum wall of a nasal cavity. CONSTITUTION: A character U shape of a nose-ring part is divided into a first fixture(2) and a second fixture(3). The first and the second fixtures are connected to the main body(1) of a measuring device. One or more fixtures of the first and the second fixtures are arranged to be rotary in the main body. The first and the second fixtures are inserted between two nostrils. The first and the second fixtures compress a nasal septum wall. The first and the second fixtures are inserted through two nostrils(101) of an animal(100) like a cow. A string(12) is connected to a ring part(11) which is attached to the main body.
