PURPOSE: A base structure for a device and a hard disk drive having the same are provided to maintain a proper weight while security rigidity. CONSTITUTION: A part is loaded in a base body(10). The base body is provided to non aluminum materials. A base reinforcing unit(30) is attached to the base body as a separate piece. The base reinforcing unit is provided to a reinforcing plate. A reinforcing portion processing unit(50) is additionally prepared in the base reinforcing plate. The reinforcing portion processing unit is composed of one or all among a cut unit(52) and a hole(54).
