PURPOSE: A temperature-sensitive bioactive substance delivery system containing hydrophilic polymer-polylactide copolymer is provided. CONSTITUTION: A temperature-sensitive bioactive substance delivery system contains a binder of polysaccharides and succinic anhydride and a copolymer. The polysaccharides are hydrophilic pullulan or hyaluronic acid derivative. A method for preparing the delivery system comprises: a step of performing covalent bond of the polysaccharides and succinic acid anhydride to synthesize hydrophilic polymers; a step of reacting the synthesized hydrophilic polymers and polylactide to prepare hydrophilic polymer-polylactide copolymer; and a step of adding bioactive substances.
