PURPOSE: An onion peeling device capable of mass producing peeled onions is provide to rapidly and uniformly peel the onions for improving quality, and to enable users to hygienically manage and repair the device. CONSTITUTION: An onion peeling device comprises the following: a fixed-inserting unit including a cover(210), and a fixing plate(220) with a mounting groove(221); a stalk removal unit(800) removing stalks from onions on the mounting groove; a root removal unit(500) removing roots from the onions; a cylindrical peeling unit(100) including a peeling unit, a rotating plate(160) rotated by a driving motor, a passage(170), and a lower container(180); a driving unit including the driving motor(165a) and a rotating shaft(165b); an onion discharging unit(300) including a discharging door(310) for discharging peeled onions to the outside; a knife(540) cutting the roots of the onions by being inserted into the cover; a fixing device for installing a fixing roller; a rotary motor(851) installed on a vertical cylinder(840); a rotary shaft(870) penetrating a vertical slider(850); and a rotary blade(871) installed on the tip end of the rotary shaft. |
