PURPOSE: A removable LED module having customized consumption power is provided to replace an LED having a fault by using a plurality of metal PCB substrates to be detachable. CONSTITUTION: A metal PCB substrate(10) uses an aluminum ingot having more than 99% purity as a raw material. In a dissolution stage, the aluminum ingot is dissolved in 670 ~ 690°C. In a stirring stage, thickening agent Ca powder of 1.0-2.0wt% is added and the aluminum ingot is mixed with them for 5-10 minutes under 600rpm. In a forming stage, MgH2 and TiH2 foaming agent of 0.5-2.5wt% is added and the aluminum ingot is stirred for 2-3 minutes under 1000rpm. |
