PURPOSE: A ceramic rice-polishing machine is provided to remove metal pieces and foreign materials by a magnetic rod and a sorting network, thereby preventing the damage of components installed in a lower part. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic rice-polishing machine comprises a selecting part(10), a rotor grinding part(20), a first transferring part(50), a first polishing part(60), a second transferring part(80) and a second polishing part(90). The selecting part removes metal and foreign material in rice. The rotor grinding part is in a main body(2). The rotor grinding part transfers rice, which is supplied from the selecting part, from the back side to the front side, and uniformly shaves the surface of the rice. The first transferring part transfers the rice from the outlet of the rotor grinding part to the back side. The first polishing part transfers the rice from the back side to the front side by the rotating force of a first press roller. The first polishing part removes residuary rice bran by rubbing. The second transferring part transfers the rice from the outlet of the first polishing part to the back side. The second polishing part transfers the rice from the back side to the front side by the rotating force of a second press roller. The second polishing part removes residuary rice bran again and discharges the same to the outlet. |
