摘要 PURPOSE: Bamboo sap salt, a producing method thereof, and a functional food composition containing the same are provided to offer useful components of bamboo by uniformly mixing bamboo sap with bay salt. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bamboo sap salt comprises the following steps: extracting sap from bamboo; and mixing 1-20wt% of bamboo sap and 80-99wt% of bay salt. The bamboo sap is coated to the surface of the bay salt or is impregnated into the bay salt. The bamboo sap salt additionally contains a sechium edule extract. The bamboo sap is obtained by inserting the bamboo and water into an extractor for extracting, and applying 100-140 deg C steam to the obtained extract for 20-30 hours before aging the extract at 1-4 deg C.
