PURPOSE: A resin composition is provided to manufacturing a transparent composite substrate in which optical anisotropy caused by internal stress is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition comprises an epoxy resin, an organic filler and hindered phenol-based antioxidant. The content of the hindered phenol-based antioxidant is 0.01-5wt%. The melting point of the hindered phenol-based antioxidant is 100°C or more. The hindered phenol-based antioxidant has a neopentane molecule structure. The resin composition additionally comprises 30-300 parts by weight phosphorous-based antioxidant on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight hindered phenol-based antioxidant.
