PURPOSE: Food containing garlic and glycyrrhizae radix, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer healthy food ingredients to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of food containing garlic and glycyrrhizae radix comprises the following steps: mixing 40g of garlic(4), 40g of glycyrrhizae radix(8), 30g of schisandra chinensis(5), 30g of perilla frutescens(9), 20g of ginger(7), 30g of hippophae rhamnoides(10), and 10g of mint(6); and crushing the mixed ingredients.
