PURPOSE: A tea bag set for leaching natural materials for cleansing and bathing and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent degradation and denaturation of the natural materials. CONSTITUTION: A tea bag set(1) for leaching natural materials for cleansing and bathing comprises a tea bag(10) for inputting the natural ingredients; and a vacuum sealed wrapper(20) containing the tea bag. The tea bag is made of polyethylene, polypropylene, cellulose, nylon, a composite material thereof, and a composite material fabricated by mixing pulp and one of the materials. A method for manufacturing the tea bag set comprises: a step of forming both sides of a tea bag fabric having fine porous structure; a step of performing thermal adhesion of all parts of the fabric except a part to be sealed last; a step of inputting the natural materials and sealing the part to be sealed last; and a step of inputting the prepared tea bag into the wrapper and vacuum-pressing.
