PURPOSE: A sandwich plate is provided to improve ultralow temperature properties. CONSTITUTION: A sandwich plate comprises a metal layer(110), a core layer(120), an aerogel layer(130), and a bonding layer(140). The core layer is inserted between the pair of the metal layers. The core layer comprises elastomer. The aerogel layer is inserted between the pair of the core layer. The aerogel layer has fabric shape. The bonding layer is inserted between the metal layer and the core layer. The bonding layer comprises a material containing a glass wool.
