SILICA GLASS CRUCIBLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SILICON INGOT

PURPOSE: A silica glass crucible and a method for manufacturing a silicon ingot are provided to prevent the crystallization of the exterior of a crucible by arranging a nature layer at the outside of an impurity containing layer. CONSTITUTION: The wall(3) of a crucible comprises a synthetic layer(3a), a nature layer(3b), an impurity-containing layer(3c), and a nature layer(3d). The synthetic layer is arranged at the most inner side of the crucible and touches with a silicon solution. The nature layer is arranged between the synthetic layer and the impurity containing layer. The impurity containing layer is arranged between an inner nature layer and an outer nature layer. The nature layer is arranged in the outside of the impurity containing layer.
