PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device with a touch sensor, a driving method thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided for multi-touch detection by forming the touch sensor with a matrix structure. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal layer is formed between an upper substrate and a lower substrate. A pixel applies a horizontal electric field to the liquid crystal layer of a pixel area by a pixel electrode and a common electrode connected to a common line. A touch sensor(TS) is formed on the lower substrate between a plurality of pixels and senses a touch by forming capacitance and a touch object which touches the upper substrate. A sensor power line supplies driving power to a touch sensor. A readout line(ROL) outputs a sensing signal from the touch sensor. |
