PURPOSE: A tower for a wind power generator and a wind power generator using the same are provided to improve structural stability by increasing buckling strength. CONSTITUTION: A tower(3) for a wind power generator comprises a tower wall(31), stiffeners(34), and a reinforcement bottom(32). The tower wall is formed in a hollow structure. Each stiffener comprises first and second support plates(34a,34b). The first support plates are vertically protruded from the inner surface of the tower wall. The second support plates are fixed to the ends of the first support plates. The reinforcement bottom horizontally crosses the tower.
