PURPOSE: A sound transmitting module for a gas mask is provided to enable a wearer to smoothly communicate with others. CONSTITUTION: A sound transmitting module for a gas mask comprises: a mask(110); a canister mounting unit(130) in which the canister is alternatively mountable in order to filter polluted air; an exhaust valve body(160) capable of exhausting the exhaled air of a wearer; a valve body which is installed in a mask and is formed so that both ends thereof can be opened; an inhaled air preventing film which selectively opens and closes a through-hole; a cover in which one side thereof is combined with the valve body; and a sound transfer unit fixed within the valve body.
