PURPOSE: A method for controlling the switch of a switching arm and a correspondence charging apparatus for preventing a stray capacitance are provided to reduce the amount of a common mode current by keeping a fixed voltage in the level of a neutral conductor. CONSTITUTION: The fixed number of a first switch(12a) is directed to be closed for a corresponding closing time. Each closed first switch is opened. The other first switch is directed to be closed for the corresponding closing time. The fixed number of the first switch is simultaneously closed. The first switch receives closure indication through the transmission of a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) control signal.
