PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to arrange a body which is arranged as one body with a strength reinforcing member in the lower surface of a base plate, thereby improving coherence of the base plate and a bearing housing. CONSTITUTION: A stator(230) comprises a core and a coil wound on the core. A rotary shaft(240) is inserted in a rotary shaft hole of a bearing. A rotor(250) comprises a magnet facing with the core. An adhesive member(260) is arranged in a space which is arranged between a first bottom plate, a second lateral plate, and a burring part. A strength reinforcing member(270) comprises a strength reinforcing part arranged within the adhesive member and a body. |
