The invention provides a bushing shield and a fabricating method therefore, comprising: steps of forming a shield original plate via shearing of a mesh screen according to a specific plate, wherein, a joint end portion protrudes at the two end portions of the shield original plate; a step of fixing the shield original plate on jigs comprising a first jig and a second jig capable of adjusting positions; a step of adjusting the relative position of the first jig and the second jig, and making a butt joint of the joint end portions respectively formed at the two end ports of the shield original plate; a step of joining the joint end portions in mutual contact via laser welding and forming the shield body; and a step of dismounting the shield body from the jigs. |
