A MOBILE PHONE CASE WITHIN ANTENNA AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A case for a mobile phone with antenna and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a failure rate by inserting a heterogeneous material antenna and finishing by a second injection. CONSTITUTION: An antenna(110) with a jack hole, a connector area(111), and a penetration hole(116) is provided. A case(120), which includes an insertion hole, a molding groove, and a fixing threshold, is provided. The antenna is inserted into the insertion hole. The case is arranged in the lower plate of mold, and a mold upper plate(134) with a fin part(138) is arranged in the fixing threshold. An injection solution is injected into the molding groove through an injection inlet port(136) of the mold upper plate.
