PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to eliminate gradated color differences by eliminating dispersion characteristic differences for red, green, and blue light wavelengths and eliminate optical loss due to the dispersion characteristic difference, thereby increasing brightness. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes the following units. Data lines, gate lines, and storage lines are arranged on a pixel unit. The pixel unit includes a plurality of pixels which are connected to the lines respectively. A thin film transistor is connected to a gate line and a data line which correspond to each pixel. A liquid crystal capacitor is connected to the thin film transistor. Storage capacitors(Cst(R),Cst(G),Cst(B)) are formed by the storage lines and storage electrodes which are overlapped with the storage lines. The size per pixel which displays a different color when the storage lines are overlapped with the storage electrodes is different.
