PURPOSE: An austenitic casting steel with superior fatigue life and elongation on high temperature and an exhaust manifold using the same re provided to manufacture are provided to improve an elongation ratio and fatigue life in high temperature. CONSTITUTION: An austenitic casting steel with superior fatigue life and elongation on high temperature comprises carbon(C) of 0.4~0.6 wt%, silicon(Si) of 0.5~1.0 wt%, manganese(Mn) of 1.0~1.5 wt%, nickel(Ni) of 18~22 wt%, chrome(Cr) of 23~27 wt%, NB of 2.0~3.0 wt%, tungsten(W) of 1.5~2.5 wt%, nitrogen(N) of 0.02~0.08 wt%, and iron(Fe). The exhaust manifold is manufactured by using the austenite type heat resistance cast steel. |
