PURPOSE: An RFID apparatus is provided to reduce current consumption according to unnecessary voltage support since pumping voltage is supplied to from a memory block of RFID during the read/write operation of a memory cell. CONSTITUTION: A memory unit(300) performs data read or write. A voltage detector(160) detects the level of the power supply voltage applied to the RFID(Radio Frequency ID) and outputs the detection voltage. A step-pulse pumping unit(310) supplies pumping voltage, which is higher than the power supply voltage, to the memory unit during read/write operation of the memory unit. The step-pulse pumping unit corresponds to the level of the detection voltage and adjusts the level of the pumping voltage. |
