PURPOSE: An optical fiber composite power cable is provided to combine an optical fiber with an OF(Oil Filled) power cable. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber composite electrical power cable comprises a core part(100), the outer sheath part(200) of a core, the inner sheath part(300) of an optical unit, the outer sheath part(400) of the optical unit, and an optical fiber unit(500). The core part includes a center conductor, an inner semiconductive layer, an insulating layer, and an outer semiconductive layer. The center conductor has a flow path inside. The inner semiconductive layer is formed in the circumference of the center conductor. The insulating layer is formed in the circumference of the semiconductive layer and impregnates insulating oil. The outer semiconductive layer is formed in the circumference of the insulating layer. The outer sheath part of the core is composed of a metal sheath layer and a protective layer. The metal sheath layer is formed in the circumference of the external semiconductive layer. The protective layer is coated in the circumference of the metal sheath layer. The inner sheath part of the optical unit is formed in the circumference of the protective layer and includes an inner sheath layer. The outer sheath part of the optical unit is formed in the outermost layer and includes an outer sheath layer. The optical fiber unit is placed between the inner sheath part and the outer sheath part of the optical unit. |
