METHOD FOR PRODUCING SALT USING EXTRACTING OIL OF BAMBOO AND SALT USING EXTRACTING OIL OF BAMBOO MANUFACTURED THEREOF

PURPOSE: Salt using bamboo sap, and a producing method thereof are provided to mix an extract using stems, roots, and leaves of bamboo with roasted salt after concentrating and aging. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of salt using bamboo sap comprises the following steps: cutting stems, roots, and leaves of bamboo into 5-10cm; washing the cut bamboo ingredients, and drying the ingredients for 20-26 hours using a dryer at 50-60 deg C; mixing 70-80wt% of dried bamboo stems, 10-15wt% of dried bamboo roots, and 10-15wt% of dried bamboo leaves; mixing 10-20wt% of bamboo ingredients and 80-90wt% of water for extracting; concentrating the extract, and filtering before aging the concentrate for 20-30 days to obtain the bamboo sap; freeze-drying the bamboo salt to obtain bamboo sap powder; roasting bay salt in an electric furnace at 600-800 deg C, and crushing; and mixing 10-20wt% of bamboo sap powder and 80-90wt% of roasted and crushed bay salt.
