PURPOSE: An insulated external wall protection method using a flame-retardant PVC fastener for construction is provided to cost-efficiently and semi-permanently maintain an external wall without cracks. CONSTITUTION: An insulated external wall protection method using a flame-retardant PVC fastener for construction is as follows. PVC circular bodies are inserted into the center of the heads of flame-retardant PVC fasteners. Zinc coated screws are inserted into the PVC circular bodies so that the PVC circular bodies can be securely fixed to concrete(1). Holes are formed in the concrete at uniform intervals. The flame-retardant PVC fasteners are coupled to the holes. Adhesive mortar is spread on the flame-retardant PVC fasteners. Styrofoam(3) is attached on the adhesive mortar.
