PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a strap is provided to prevent pest from crops and to reduce environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a strap for protecting crops and fastening a baler comprises: a mixing device(1) for making a mixture(A) by mixing ingredients for manufacturing the strap; an automatic hoper(10) for inputting the mixture through a conveyor(2); a furnace(20) of a cylinder type which heats and mixes the mixture by a heater; an extrusion dice(30) for extruding the mixture in a certain form; a compressing roller(40) for pressing the extruded material(B) in a plate form; an incision device(50) for incising the extruded material in a traverse direction; a first roller(60) for pressing the extruded material; and a stretching board(70) which is heated at predetermined temperature.
