PURPOSE: A quick board apparatus is provided to enable a user seating on a saddle of the apparatus to freely move and stop the quick board apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A quick board apparatus(100) comprises a frame(110), a front wheel(121), a rear wheel(123), a saddle(130), a footing unit(140), and a locking unit(150). The front and rear wheels are installed in the front and rear of the frame. The saddle is installed on the top of the frame. The footing unit is rotatably installed in the bottom of the frame. When the footing unit is in a horizontal state, the footing unit is used as a footboard of a passenger. The locking unit controls the posture of the footing unit.
