PURPOSE: A motor and a disk driving device equipped with the same are provided to reduce pressure and temperature difference between rotor cases by interlinking the space between the bottom of a disc and the rotor case with the outside of the rotor case. CONSTITUTION: A rotor case(140) is combined with a chucking apparatus having a disc. A disc support member(160) has a fluid path through which air is circulated into the rotor case. A push portion(180) accelerates air which is flowed into the fluid path in the rotation of the rotor case. The first push portion is formed in the top side of the rotor case. The second push portion is formed in one of the inner circumference and outer circumference of the disc support member. A fluid path is inclined against radial direction.
