<p>Wrapper of 100% recycled paper of the semi Kraft type developed for containing organic waists coated with a cohesive surface treatment based on natural rubber mixed with resins and salts, which formula is 100% natural and biodegradable. Semi Kraft type paper of 95 gr/m2, which is 100% made of recycled fibre, coated in one surface thereof with 17 gr/m2 of a cohesive based on rubber, resins and further natural components which formula is a trade secret, using embossed paper for providing flexibility and texture to the wrapper. The invention is presented in rolls which are perforated for facilitating the use thereof in sheets of different sizes. Since the cellulose of the 100% recycled paper of the semi Kraft type of 95 gr/m2 has been previously used in the manufacture of other paper products, the cellulose of the Kraft type is repulped so as to manufacture paper of 95 gr/m2. Once the paper base is manufactured, one surface is coated with a mixture of natural centrifuged rubber, pine tur pentine resin, sodium silicate and minimum amounts of stabilisers and antioxidants and dispersants, so as to produce a cohesive gum (only adhered to itself without reaching the adhesive degree). The natural rubber provides a sealing and waterproof barrier located in one surface of the paper. The coating would be sufficiently effective in the aforementioned properties if the coating is applied in amounts of from about 34gr/m2, a coating of 17 gr/m2 being formed after the aqueous base of the mass is dried. The accurate formula remains as trade secret. The main use of the invention, in virtue of being a recycled paper with chemical and physical characteristics of water resistance, flexibility and hermeticity, is to separate in an efficient manner the organic wastes from the inorganic wastes, since in many occasions the organic waste, specially those emitting unpleasant odours, are wastes wrapped in one or several plastic bags, which invariably end in the sanitary landfills, thereby pollu ting the environment and not contributing to the task of efficiently protecting the same.</p> |
